okkkk so i need to so an update for the last two days which even though they were the shortest two days of my life (8 hours shorter than usual) they felt like the longest. Everything went good as far as catching flights and stuff. i watched dead poets society on the way to atlanta and i watched part of enemy at the gates on the way to london, but i tried to go to sleep shortly into it (but i hadly slept at all, maybe 2 hours tops) But, i actually arrived a bit early into heathrow. From there i used my fancy oyster card to take the tube and get to my hostel which i missed a street and had to walk an extra 1/3 mile with all my luggage. after checking in i took the tube out the marble arch and walked through hyde park and saw the diana fountain, albert memorial, harrods, and kensington palace and gardens - and the gardens were actually really nice and not crowded at all. i got yelled at for going into the wrong door to harrods so i left and never went back in (mostly because i ddint have time to - not because i was yelled at...maybe). Granddad will be happy to know that i saw a guy wearing a rotary jacket on the tube and i asked if he was in rotary and he said yes so we talked about that for a little. thennnnnn i came back to hostel and took a shower before heading out to see wicked. i stopped at mcdonals and westminster cathedral along the way. the play was reallllly good even though i fell asleep in the beginning cuz i was so exhausted, but i woke up nicely and enjoyed it. after the play i went on another walk through westminster and saw all the main sites - big ben, houses of parliament, westminster abbey, london eye etc. and nowwww i just made it back and it is almost midnight and i am super tired so i will head of to bed to prepare for another long day tomorrowwww....c yaaaa ill try to post some more pics tomorrow
